Delivery charges are not included in the price and are extra, shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions and volume. SOUKIEMOROCCO offers our clients reduced shipping rates these are pre-calculated by us and viewable at checkout.

 

Please check with your country of destination of delivery for any taxes, local /custom duties or fees that may be applicable as these are not included in the price. All items are in stock but our handmade rattan and raffia products are extremely popular and occasionally  stocks run low there maybe waiting times for products to restock.

Should your item not be available we shall inform you at the time of your order .

I aim to dispatch items by standard shipping within 2-3 business days after purchase with delivery

worldwide in 5-10 business days

UK Europe, 3-5 business days

USA Canada 4-6 business days normally.    Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal/ official strikes, religious festivals or holidays, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics any unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond our control. Nor are we responsible for any non deliveries or parcels not collected by the recipient after failed delivery has been attempted. Chosen courier will leave a calling card with further instructions on how to collect your parcel.

 

Rugs are cleaned and washed before dispatch, all orders are carefully screened, prepared and well packaged by our team of staff ready to be shipped via secure, fast courier DHL, UPs, Amana, Fed-ex, TNT chosen by us.

 

Delivery is to the address provided at checkout unless otherwise stated, we require that you provide a contact number for your delivery also. Couriers often  need a number in case the need to contact you regarding your delivery.

 

Your purchase will be issued with a track number after dispatch for use online with the courier website tracking service to follow the progress of your package from Morocco or UK.
