Hi my name is Emde founder of SOUKIE MOROCCO. Foremost my first love is music and traveling which has taken me to some exclusive locations in the world including Morocco.

My love of the colour pink, moroccan carpets, more music and mint tea along with a rich background in art and ceramics fuzed a passion for Berber rugs which started many exciting Atlas Mountains treks in 2010 where SOUKIE MOROCCO was created

 My first visit to Morocco over a decade ago was an amazing experience with the maze of winding streets in the ancient medina, amazing sights, bustling sounds, the sweet aromas and gorgeous colours of the rich textiles and rugs, I was instantly in love. 

Whilst living in Marrakech part time and along with the help of our dedicated team of craftsman & artisans SOUKIE MOROCCO was established to offer you the very best in Moroccan style it has also enabled us to follow our hearts and share our passion and love for these nomadic pieces with you.
